Client Overview

Contractor Foreman is a construction management software platform designed for contractors, subcontractors, and construction businesses across the United States. Their platform helps companies manage projects, track costs, and streamline operations. The company relies on its sales team to follow up with inbound leads and re-engage prospects in order to schedule product demos and convert interest into paying customers.

Contractor Foreman needed a scalable and consistent way to follow up with new leads and reconnect with contacts who had previously shown interest but had not scheduled a demo. Their sales team was performing most outreach manually, which limited response speed and the ability to consistently contact every lead.

As the number of leads grew, it became increasingly difficult to maintain timely follow-ups and ensure no opportunity was missed. Some prospects went cold before the sales team could reach them, and existing contacts in HubSpot were not always re-engaged effectively. 

To solve this challenge, we implemented AI-powered outbound voice agents fully integrated with HubSpot CRM. The implementation included custom AI voice agents trained on Contractor Foreman’s sales
messaging, seamless HubSpot integration for contact synchronization and call outcome tracking, automated voicemail and IVR handling, and calendar booking workflows. Every interaction was automatically logged back into HubSpot, giving the sales team complete visibility into lead engagement and call outcomes.

After deployment, Contractor Foreman significantly improved lead response time and outreach consistency. The AI agents handled large volumes of follow-up calls, ensuring that every lead received timely engagement without increasing the workload on the sales team.

As a result, the company increased the number of booked demos, reduced manual dialing for sales representatives, and gained clearer visibility into outreach performance through HubSpot reporting.
