GOVERNMENT & PUBLIC SECTOR

Salesforce, HubSpot & AI
for Government

Public agencies are under pressure to do more without adding headcount. CETDIGIT is a Salesforce Crest Partner and HubSpot Elite Partner that modernizes how government works - we implement Salesforce and HubSpot, migrate and integrate your systems of record, and deploy resident-facing AI agents that verify identity, look up records, file requests and book appointments. Our clients include NATO DIANA and the State of Montana - and because we hold two cooperative contract vehicles, most agencies can buy without running a solicitation.

Why CETDIGIT?

We are a Salesforce Crest Partner and HubSpot Elite Partner with more than 300 CRM and AI deployments - and we built our AI platform ourselves rather than reselling someone else's.

We own the platform

CETRAI was built from scratch by our own engineers. Capabilities an agency needs are an engineering decision, not a vendor negotiation or a roadmap request.

We know your systems

300+ deployments across Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Oracle, Tyler Technologies, ServiceNow and Workday. The AI has to talk to what you already run.

You can buy without a bid

Two cooperative vehicles — Montana's Master AI contract and TIPS #220105 — let most public agencies purchase from an already-competed contract.

Trusted at every level

Our clients include NATO's Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic (DIANA) and the State of Montana — organizations whose due diligence is not a formality.

We state status honestly

Certifications we hold are listed as held; assessments underway are labeled underway. You will not find an overstated claim in our proposals.

The CETDIGIT Advantage

Most public-sector chatbots are a search box that talks back. They answer with a link and a phone number, the resident still waits until Monday, and the call still lands on your staff. Four things change that.

It finishes the request

Verifies a resident's identity before releasing account information, queries permitting and case systems live, files the service request, returns a tracking number and books the appointment — inside the conversation.

It understands what was meant

"Water in the street" can mean a broken main, irrigation runoff, a blocked storm drain or flooding inside a home. The agent asks the clarifying questions your staff would ask, then routes correctly.

Every answer is sourced

Retrieval-augmented generation restricts responses to agency-approved content with mandatory citations. A public agency cannot publish an AI that improvises, and this one does not.

It runs when you don't

75+ languages, 30 voices, WCAG 2.1 Level AA, at two in the morning. The residents most likely to miss a deadline are the ones who cannot call during business hours.

One Agent, Every Channel

An agency configures an agent once. The same knowledge, guardrails and tone apply wherever residents reach it. A single widget delivers voice and text on any website or internal portal. The same agent answers inbound calls and places outbound calls on your existing numbers, and converses over WhatsApp. Every conversation is transcribed and analyzed identically, whichever channel it arrived on.

Working With Your Systems of Record

Pre-built and custom connectors reach Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP, Tyler Technologies, ServiceNow, Workday and Active Directory. The agent reads case status, permit status, account balances and inspection results mid-conversation, then writes back contacts, cases, service requests and notes when the conversation ends. Access is scoped, logged and revocable.

Identity Verification and Secure Disclosure

Public information is answered freely. Account-specific information is released only after the resident is verified, and restricted information is never released at all — a rule your agency writes, not one we assume. A parent asking about their own child's record gets an answer; the same parent asking about another student does not.

Human Handoff That Keeps Context

When someone asks for a person, they get a plain yes — no circular negotiation. The request lands in Slack, tagged, with the full conversation thread attached, so the staff member has context before typing a word. They reply from Slack and their words appear live in the resident's window. The handoff and everything either side of it stays one continuous record.

Governance Built for Public Record

Version history with comparison and restore. Role-based approvals before anything reaches the public. A step-by-step record of every action the agent took and why. PII detection and masking in stored transcripts, retention you configure from 7 days to a year or purge-per-session, and a zero-retention mode where the platform disables any feature that would contradict it. Client conversations never train AI models.

AI Across Agency Operations

Beyond resident services, the same platform runs internal staff assistants on an isolated knowledge base — HR policy, benefits, travel and reimbursement, procurement procedure, IT service desk. It automates routine document and case handling. And through Model Context Protocol it connects agency systems to the AI assistants your staff already use, so a manager asks a question of live data instead of requesting a report.

Who We Serve

The same platform, configured differently. Every deployment starts from your published content, your systems of record, and rules your staff write.

How To Buy Under the Montana Contract

Montana's master contract uses a two-tier model. Tier one qualified the vendors; tier two is how an agency starts a project. The thresholds below are set by the contract.

UNDER $10,000
Direct selection

An ordering agency may select any qualified contractor directly. No competition required — the fastest route to a working pilot.

$10,001 – $100,000
Three quotes

The agency solicits responses from at least three qualified contractors before selecting.

OVER $100,000
Full solicitation

A detailed statement of work goes to all contractors on the master roster. Cost carries at least 20% of the evaluation points.

Conclusion

Residents do not judge an agency by its technology stack. They judge it by whether their question got answered and their request got handled. Most of the volume arriving at a public front counter is repetitive, well-documented, and answerable from content the agency has already published — which is exactly the work an AI agent should absorb, so staff can spend their time on the cases that genuinely need judgment.

What has held agencies back is not appetite. It is procurement time, and a reasonable fear of publishing an AI that says something indefensible. Both of those are addressed here: the buying route already exists through two cooperative vehicles, and every answer the agent gives is grounded in your approved content, cited, logged and governed.

Public procurement units — including local and state agencies in any state, tribal procurement units, and agencies of the United States — may purchase under the prices, terms and conditions of the Montana contract without conducting a separate solicitation, per 18-4-401, MCA. The State Procurement Services Division does not guarantee participation by any public procurement unit. CETDIGIT holds a position on the qualified vendor list; this does not constitute endorsement by the State of Montana. TIPS (The Interlocal Purchasing System) contract #220105 is held by Cetrix Technologies LLC and is available to TIPS member agencies under its own terms.
