This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds related to our HubSpot, Salesforce, and AI solutions.
Services Covered
This policy applies to all CETDIGIT services, including:

HubSpot consulting, implementation, and development

Salesforce consulting, implementation, and development

Integrations and custom solutions for both HubSpot and Salesforce

AI voice agents (setup, training, customization, and deployment)

AI-powered integrations with HubSpot and Salesforce

AI automation workflows, analytics, and reporting solutions

Custom AI development and configuration
Cancellation
You may cancel your service agreement with CETDIGIT at any time by providing written notice via email.
Refunds
Refunds are issued in accordance with the following terms:

Project Initiation Fees – Non-refundable. These fees cover project planning, scoping, and proposal development.

Pre-Paid Services

A prorated refund will be issued for services not yet rendered.

Onboarding services that have been initiated are non-refundable.

Monthly retainers already paid are non-refundable.

Services already completed are non-refundable.

AI Agent Setup & Training Fees – Non-refundable. These fees cover voice training, workflow design, and technical configuration.

AI Subscription & Usage Fees – Monthly subscriptions and telephony usage charges are non-refundable once billed.

Custom AI Development – Deliverables such as trained models, scripts, or integrations are non-refundable once completed.

Testing & Trial Phases – Fees for pilots, demos, or trial services are non-refundable once initiated.

Hourly Services – No refunds will be provided for completed work. To ensure transparency, we provide detailed time tracking and regular project updates.
Exceptions

In rare cases, such as technical limitations or unforeseen project changes beyond our control, CETDIGIT may offer a partial refund at its sole discretion.

Unused AI service hours in a pre-paid package may be credited toward future AI, HubSpot, or Salesforce services within 180 days.

If third-party AI platforms (e.g., Retell, VAPI, ElevenLabs, n8n, Twilio) create limitations that prevent delivery despite CETDIGIT’s completed work, partial refunds may be considered.

If an AI agent cannot operate due to compliance or regulatory restrictions, CETDIGIT may issue service credits instead of refunds.
Unused Services
Any unused services included in a pre-paid package will be credited towards future services within a period of 180 days.
