Fortress Tax Defense manages leads, clients, and web pages with HubSpot. Fortress Tax Defence needed to improve the capabilities of HubSpot to:
- Streamline and automate more of the lead process. This would reduce the risk of incorrectly entered data from the leads page.
- Automate more of the appeal processing within HubSpot. This would reduce the risk of bad data hindering the appeal process.
- Generate client web pages for their appeal case. This would provide client updates on their case automatically.
The client was pleased with the results. The original request was to create individual websites for each client. We advised that this was not a scalable solution and that a better option was to dynamically generate the client page/lead page based on the data within the HubSpot system. We also implemented a custom data mapping of the client data to the HubSpot custom objects to generate the client/lead pages that are internal and customer facing. Lastly, we implemented geocoding based on the address entered by the client through HubSpot geocoding functionality. The project was delivered in a timely manner for Fortress Tax Defence.
