Edara is in the process of upgrading their Salesforce instance and required work to create a development process and environment to create and test out improvements to their Salesforce instance for managing clients and properties.
Edara had Salesforce as a tool to manage their business, but was not making full use of the Salesforce capabilities. The goals of the project are to do the following:
- Create a development environment for Edara’s Salesforce instance.
- Create Data Models, Automations, Reports and Dashboards for Salesforce based on
- Leads
- Properties
- Accounts
- Contacts
- Deals
- Integrate the development environment with their current production Salesforce environment.
- Improve the production environment for Salesforce.
- Create training materials.
The focus of the project was to assist Edara with improving their use of Salesforce and to build out a development environment to assist with improving their processes. The client provided continual feedback with regards to the project and the processes that are used for initiating and managing properties and clients.

- Integrate the development environment with their current production Salesforce environment. This streamlined the release and support processes needed to support Edara’s business needs.
- Create training materials. The training materials enabled Edara to better use Salesforce for managing the properties, leads, and accounts under contract with Edara. It also enabled Edara to better utilize Salesforce to manage prospects and leads.
