Advisor’s Choice uses HubSpot to manage their CRM needs. Advisor’s Choice needed to integrate HubSpot with their Smart Office implementation. This would assist Advisor’s Choice on questions that their clients have on their policies without switching between systems.
The goals of the project are to do the following:
- Set up HubSpot to do the following:
- Manage current clients
- Manage prospects and leads
- Integrate HubSpot with their Smart Office for managing policies that were underwritten through Advisor’s Choice
- API Support with Smart Office
- Realtime integration
Advisor’s Choice had the following implemented for their HubSpot implementation:
- Integration of HubSpot for client management with Smart Office for their current clients.
- Smart Office is used to manage specific work items with regards to insurance policies. This includes work items such as coverage, claims and other insurance activities. Smart Office is not focused on client management
- Integration of an API between Smart Office and Hub Spot. The API passed data from Smart Office to HubSpot to make it easier for Advisor’s Choice to manage their clients. The data is shared between the two platforms with HubSpot used to manage client interactions and Smart Office used to handle insurance.
- Implementation of HubSpot for managing client leads and contacts. This includes the data from the underwriting system so that all underwriting details are available without switching systems.
