OVERVIEW

Halo is the global leader of branded merchandise and recognition and incentive solutions for employees. Halo provides the following services for their customers and their branded merchandise and incentive solutions for companies and their incentive/recognition programs for their employees:

  1. Creation of branded merchandise for companies
  2. Creation of employee welcome and recognition programs
  3. Creation of sales incentive materials
  4. Creation of employee appreciate day materials
  5. Customer and design support for materials

Halo wanted to have their Salesforce instance sync with their ERP. This included the following: 

  1. Automating ‘Solutions’ on an hourly basis from Salesforce to ERP. This provided regular syncs between Salesforce and ERP
  2. Record Matching - Implementing the Salesforce Code to identify and sync records between Salesforce and ERP. 
  3. Data Restructuring for the data model to better utilize the integration of Salesforce with ERP.

The implementation and integration of the Halo instance of Salesforce has streamlined the processes of managing customers and orders within Halo on both systems for customer service and order management. The integration also provided a more efficient data architecture to support their customers.
