A primary requirement was to have a scaleable customer relationship management tool to organize and interrogate their patient list. We created several unique data-entry screens for them which ensured that their staff always managed to harvest all relevant data from applicants. As part of this process, with our help, they were able to produce a tailored set of fields which they could use to interrogate to identify matches in patient's records. The resulting reports could be presented in a variety of mediums.
