They are incredibly patient, and are very good at being able to communicate the complexities of a project and act as partners in identifying solutions. Finding time to meet with them was never an issue, and their response time for urgent matters and questions was very fast. We were also impressed that they resource generously against projects, bringing experts with special technical knowledge into strategic conversations. We never felt like they were 'winging it,' and they also navigated effectively across a number of stakeholders within our company who were tangentially involved in the project.
